Refund Policy

Eligibility

• One-time credit pack purchases are eligible for refund within 14 days if less than 20% of credits have been used.
• Free trial credits are not refundable as no payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

1. Fill out the refund request form below with your order details.
2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
3. Once approved, the refund is issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Creem typically processes refunds within 3-5 business days; actual credit timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.

Note: Your card statement showed "CREEM" as the original charge — the refund will also appear from CREEM.

After Refund

• Any remaining credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
• Your pet profiles and analysis history will remain accessible.
• You can buy another credit pack at any time in the future.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or if the account has violated our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
