Refund Policy

Eligibility

• All subscription plans (Starter, Professional) are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
• One-time credit pack purchases are eligible for refund if less than 20% of credits have been used.
• Free trial credits are not refundable as no payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

1. Fill out the refund request form below with your order details.
2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
3. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.

After Refund

• Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.
• Any remaining credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
• Your pet profiles and analysis history will remain accessible.
• You can re-subscribe at any time in the future.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or if the account has violated our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
