Service Operator: PetSignalAI is operated by PetSignal Labs ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), reachable at support@petsignal.ai.

Payment Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on this platform. Your bank or card statement will show "CREEM" as the charge descriptor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PetSignalAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PetSignalAI website at petsignal.ai and our pet body language analysis services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

PetSignalAI provides AI-powered pet body language analysis services that allow users to:

  • Upload photos and videos of pets for body language analysis
  • Receive AI-generated interpretations of pet behavior and stress signals
  • Access actionable advice based on analysis results
  • Store and review analysis history

Important Disclaimer: PetSignalAI is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • Our Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Different analysis types consume different amounts of credits
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4.2 One-Time Credit Packs

  • Paid credit packs are one-time purchases
  • Credit pack purchases do not create a subscription or recurring billing agreement
  • Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • You may buy additional credit packs whenever you need more analyses

4.3 Payments & Merchant of Record

Important — Who charges your card:

All payments are billed and processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your bank or credit card statement will show "CREEM" as the charge descriptor — not "PetSignalAI". Creem issues all receipts and invoices on our behalf.

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • All applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax) are calculated, collected, and remitted by Creem as Merchant of Record in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are not required to separately remit taxes on purchases made through this Service.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards as supported by Creem
  • We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on eligible one-time credit pack purchases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility and procedures.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Upload images depicting animal abuse, cruelty, or illegal activities
  • Upload, submit, or attempt to process any sexually explicit, pornographic, not-safe-for-work (NSFW), or adult content of any kind. Our AI systems are designed exclusively for pet behavior analysis and include content filtering. Any attempt to bypass these filters is a violation of these Terms.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Circumvent any usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining credits without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use and share the content
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The content accurately represents your pet(s)

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by PetSignalAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

AI-generated analysis results are provided for your personal use. You may share analysis results but may not claim them as professional veterinary advice or use them for commercial purposes without our permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party AI models and services to provide analysis. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

PetSignalAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model providers. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (D) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

AI ANALYSIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED VETERINARIAN FOR YOUR PET'S HEALTH CONCERNS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETSIGNALAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetSignalAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Company is registered and operates as an international online service accessible globally.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@petsignal.ai. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.

Note: Payment disputes involving Creem as Merchant of Record are subject to Creem's Terms of Service. For billing disputes, you may also contact Creem directly at creem.io.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PetSignalAI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
